• All decorative sword items are packed carefully in secure glass boxes

• Extra protective packaging is used to minimize damage during transit

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5–7 days

• Share clear photos/videos as proof

• Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return Policy
