Return & Refund Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged during shipping

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item is received broken or defective

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Reported within 5 to 7 days of delivery

  • In its original packaging (glass box included)

  • Accompanied by clear proof (photos/video) of damage or incorrect item

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the customer simply changes their mind

  • If the same product as shown on our store was delivered correctly

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling

Return Process

If your item is eligible for return:

  1. Contact our support team within 5-7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order number

  3. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

  4. Our team will review and confirm return approval

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • JazzCash

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship and process returns within Pakistan only.

Important Note

Since our products are decorative sword items packed carefully in glass boxes, slight packaging marks caused during courier handling may not qualify for return unless the product itself is damaged.
