If the same product as shown on our store was delivered correctly

Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling

Refund Processing Time

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship and process returns within Pakistan only.
Important Note
Since our products are decorative sword items packed carefully in glass boxes, slight packaging marks caused during courier handling may not qualify for return unless the product itself is damaged.
